Once Upon a Time...in Hollywood
Once Upon a Time in...Hollywood was released into theaters on July 26th, 2019. Filming locations include Beverly Hills, Los Angeles and Simi Valley, Ca. It was directed by Quentin Tarantino, his tenth film. This would mark the second time he would direct both Leonardo DiCaprio and Brad Pitt. The film is set in 1969 and features some good music from that era. Some notable songs include California Dreamin' by Jose Feliciano, Hush by Deep Purple and Mrs. Robinson by Simon & Garfunkel. The films first DVD release was on December 10th, 2019.
Cielo Drive entrance - Cielo Dr. and Bella Dr. Beverly Hills, Ca. 90210
This location is actually nine miles away from Rick Dalton's house used in the film. It is however, the actual entrance to the street where the Tate murders occurred on August 9th & 10th, 1969. The house was demolished in 1994 and a new one built in it's place. For anyone who's interested learning more about the Tate-LaBianca murders, I urge you to read Helter Skelter or watch the DVD The Six Degrees of Helter Skelter.

Formerly Corriganville Movie Ranch, it was a working film studio and movie ranch for outdoor location shooting, as well as a Western-themed tourist attraction. The ranch, owned by actor and stuntman Ray "Crash" Corrigan, was located in the foothills of the Santa Susana Mountains in the Santa Susana Pass area of Simi Valley. It opened in 1939. It was hit by wildfires in 1970, 1976 and 1979. Today, it is a regional park. Many of the brick and concrete foundations still remain.
